What we'll do

  • Find and work with geographic data.
  • Expose data through Mapserver.
  • Interact with data through Openlayers.

What we won't do

  • Store geographic data in a database (Postgis).
  • Use WFS-T to let clients modify data (Geoserver).
  • Save the state of maps (WMC and OWSC standards).
  • Cache raster map tiles (Tilecache).
